We had 12 guests for the first, 2014 egg producers informational meeting. It covered everything from types of birds to the science of feeding and caring for them [see photo below]. We are planning a visit to the MSU Poultry Farm later this month with Specialist Darren Karcher, to explore what it takes to produce quail eggs.
